Principal Investigator
Chen He
Chen He received the B.Eng. degree (summa cumlaude) from McMaster University in 2007, and the M.A.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from The University of British Columbia (UBC), Vancouver, in 2009 and 2014, respectively, all in electrical and computer engineering. He was a Research Engineer with Blackberry Limited, Canada, and a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with UBC.
He is currently a Full Professor with Northwest University, China. His research interests are the area of wireless communications, signal processing, and quantum information science. He is serving as an Associate Editor for the IEEE SIGNAL PROCESSING LETTERS.

PhD Students
Yangrui Dong
Yangrui Dong(董洋瑞) received the B.Eng. degree in communication engineering from Northwest University, Xi’an, China, in 2020. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in computer science at the same university.
His current research focuses on radio map assisted UAV communications, target localization, and trajectory planning.

Chenyu Wu
Chenyu Wu received the B.Eng. degree in communication engineering from Northwest University, Xi'an, China, in 2022. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in computer science and technology at Northwest University.
His research interests include UAV trajectory planning in mmWave environments and the application of electromagnetic maps.

Yuyang Zhang
Yuyang Zhang received the B.Eng. degree in Electronic Information Science and Technology from Jilin University, Changchun, China, in 2021. She is currently working toward the M.Eng. degree in New Generation Electronic Information Technology at Northwest University.
Her research interest is the generation of electromagnetic maps.

Huiyu Bai received the B.Eng. degree in communication engineering from Xidian University, Xian,China in 2022. He is currently pursing the M.Sc degree in New Generation Electronic Information Technology at Northwest University.
His current research focuses on radio map assisted UAV communication and trajectory planning.

Qiurui Yu
Qiurui Yu received the B.Eng. degree in electronic information engineering from Northwest University, Xi’an, China, in 2023. She is currently pursuing the M.Sc. degree in information and communication engineering at the same university.
Her current research focuses on 3D radio map assisted UAV target search.

Wenjie Zhao
